org tree root node is emety at maintain module in develop version

after import the orgunit , the tree root node is empty ,no text.

Clear the cache and it will appear, if it persists go to Data Administration, under maintenance update the Orgunits tree

We experienced the same behaviour and it was because we had not assigned the imported root orgunit as the data capture orgunit for the current user.
