I made a program and tracker data element
For the data element I set the option set and of course for the option set there is options
After data entry and in the program report under value field it shows the option code instead of option name
Any guidance I would be thankful

This is the bug I shared with you. When this appears, and you go back and select the orgunit, then program try to register again, it will display the save buttons.

The problem that I mentioned in the bellow mail was solved when using tracker capture and viewing record please see the attached file photo “tracker.png”
But when using individual records the problem still exists instead of viewing the value of options in shows the code of option please attached file photo “indivual.png”
I only tried dhis2 2.19

Our plan is to phase out the Individual Records module. Will it be a problem for you to migrate to tracker capture? What feature will be missing by using tracker capture?

- I am using two programs “Mother info” and “child info”
- Attributes Mother name and mother id in “Mother info” are inherit and added to both programs
- I created relationship mother /child and assign each to its corresponding
- When I use the tracker capture :
o I add new a mother
o Add child (in relations)
o A from that includes list of child’s pre-entered appears to choose among them
o But I want a new one using the register green bottom (with plus sign “+”)
o When I press the register bottom a new form appears and I fill all data except the inherit attribute (because those attributes should be filled automatically but they don’t this is the first problem) then nothing happens (this is second problem)
o But if I chose one of the children already filled in, it works
- Another thing when I use tracker capture
o When I create attribute that has tracker associate value type
o It does appear as check box in tracker capture it appears as normal text field (this is the third problem) in the time that in individual records appears as check box to give another form to fill in the data
- In individual records we can borrows records together for mother and child (is it possible in tracker capture ?).
If there anything that I should clarify more please inform me

Hello,
As I understood that tracker associate will appear as check box and when checked another form will appear in order to fill in some information and that form could be from another program or stage
This is what I am trying to accomplish but in tracker capture this check box is not appearing instead a regular text box appears

o It does appear as check box in tracker capture it appears as normal text field (this is the third problem) in the time that in individual records appears as check box to give another form to fill in the data
- In individual records we can borrows records together for mother and child (is it possible in tracker capture ?).

- I am using two programs “Mother info” and “child info”
- Attributes Mother name and mother id in “Mother info” are inherit and added to both programs
- I created relationship mother /child and assign each to its corresponding
- When I use the tracker capture :
o I add new a mother
o Add child (in relations)
o A from that includes list of child’s pre-entered appears to choose among them
o But I want a new one using the register green bottom (with plus sign “+”)
o When I press the register bottom a new form appears and I fill all data except the inherit attribute (because those attributes should be filled automatically but they don’t this is the first problem) then nothing happens (this is second problem)
o But if I chose one of the children already filled in, it works
