Option translation not working from translation app

I have translated options to Arabic and English from the translation app, and they didn’t work when I changed my profile to Arabic or English. but when I use the translation from the options list of the option item, it works well.
Help me fix the options for translation work well from the translation app.

Would you please clarify a bit more and add a screenshot? Which option is working and what’s not working? Are you able to reproduce this on play?
