We just noticed that the numerical rules are not respected in Individual records and also tracker capture.
As show in the two
In Individual records, text in a numeric field is flagged off while in Tracker capture text in a numeric is not flagged and its saved.
This needs to be urgently checked on (Version 1.19 build 19265)
