Please how to avoid adding new Enrollment in a TEI or how to limit a number of Enrollment in a TEI ?

Hi,

If you want to limit the number of times a Tracked Entity Instance (or person) can be enrolled in a specific program to one time only this is done within the tracker Program step 2. Enrollment Details.

1. Open the Maintenance App

2. Select Program
   

   

3. Choose the correct program if the program exists, or create a new tracker program if that’s the case.

4. Select step 2 Enrollment details

5. Check "Only enroll once (per tracked entity instance lifetime)
