How can I capture a Null value for a data element using Program Rule.
This data element could be a date format, option set

May I understand what is meant by ‘capture a null value’ exactly? If I understand correctly, you mean that the program rule should find out if the data element wasn’t entered with a value and was thus kept null and show an error/message/alert, or do you mean to ‘capture’ as a way to assign the data element a ‘null’ value?
