Nothing happens after 'Save & Add New '

• The operating system and web browser I am using are Windows 11 and Google Chrome.
• Hi everyone, thanks for your time.

Problem description:
I am setting up DHIS2 Tracker for my organization, working on HIV/AIDS. The problem I am facing is that, even though I have designed the program, after entering the data, when I click on “Save and Continue” or “Save and Add New,” nothing happens. The data is not saved, and it does not move to the next step.
