Dears,
While using the Pivot Table, if i select a dataset, say PMTCT for a period, say September 2012 to October 2013, the Org Unit of State, LGA and Facility with all the Implementing partners reporting and ask the table to generate the data, i receive a message: “TASK EXCEEDS MAX NUMBER OF CELLS: 50,000 (1,076628)”
Secondly, in generating data for Facility level for a dataset, say OVC, the report produced gave all the facility that are existing in that State rather than giving ONLY for the Implementing Partner i have selected.
Thank you.

Hi Bayo,
Dears,
While using the Pivot Table, if i select a dataset, say PMTCT for a period, say September 2012 to October 2013, the Org Unit of State, LGA and Facility with all the Implementing partners reporting and ask the table to generate the data, i receive a message: “TASK EXCEEDS MAX
NUMBER OF CELLS: 50,000 (1,076628)”
while hardly an error you can now change the max limit under system settings > Maximum number of analytics records and set it to 100 000 | 200 000 | 500 000. You can also set to unlimited but that could have some impact on your server. Don’t try this at home.
Secondly, in generating data for Facility level for a dataset, say OVC, the report produced gave all the facility that are existing in that State rather than giving ONLY for the Implementing Partner i have selected.
You can probably remove this by going to options > hide empty rows.
Thanks for feedback.
cheers
Lars
