Not able to see the Visualizations in DHIS2

I have successfully uploaded the data values as the Tracked Entity Instance (TEI) in DHIS2 on my local machine. However, I’m encountering an issue with the Data Visualizer app. Despite the data being uploaded, I am unable to generate any visualizations.

I have attached a screenshot of the message I receive when attempting to use the Data Visualizer app. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I am using DHIS2 version 40.4.1.I already ran the analytics and the resource table.Still its showing the same problem,

I doubt that this is a cache issue, but just in case please check again using the Guest mode of your browser.

If it’s still not working, please share the complete Catalina.out log (without the authentication/sensitive info).

Thankyou for your response. I have tried the things suggested by you. But it’s still showing me the same error. I have DHIS2 installed on my local computer, not the server. When I am trying to find the Catalina.out file, it does not exist . All I can find is catalina.log files which only contains the logs of war file deployment and tomcat 9 and Apache deployment.

Yes, that’s the file we’re looking for, the Catalina.out log should contain error logs when the above happens. If you share it make sure to remove any authentication/sensitive info.
