Been trying without success to import some option-sets. I have done this before. But this time, anytime I try, it gives out this object conflict error on the option-set name and option-set code. can’t seem to figure out what is wrong. I have tried same file on other instances as well as play.dhis2.org instances.

Would you please share the template that you are using? Are you following the template mentioned in the docs https://docs.dhis2.org/en/develop/using-the-api/dhis-core-version-master/metadata.html#webapi_csv_option_sets?
If yes to the above, would you also share the steps to reproduce this on play.dhis2.org?
