Not able to access an event - Tracker Capture

Dear Team

There are data entry events under the timeline that has a timestamp but doesn’t allow anyone to open it. Plus, it doesn’t identify what type of event it is. Upon clicking it, t doesnt open but load forever.
It turns out that this records have duplicated enrollment across two or more different programs that exits. What is strange is that we do not know how this happened or what causes this.

Please, what is the version of the DHIS2 instance that you are using? I’d like to request from you to please check the Network log (Browser Developers Tools F12 → Network tab → see the red text error, click on it and then make sure that the Headers tab is click → take a screenshot.
