Dear all,
I am facing issues with data entry when logging in as a user with limited rights (data entry module and dashboard): I always get the message “You are offline, data will be stored locally” (even with a good wifi access).
This does not happen when the same user is given superuser rights, so it seems that is related to user rights.
Does anyone has an idea to solve this problem?
(I’m using a DHIS2 2.28)
