No form is displayed after selecting the data set and the period

Hi all,
A user is not able to enter data for a form in DHIS 2. After selecting the data set and the period, no form is displayed . What might be the problem? The data sets are correctly shared with the user

If it’s happening only for one user, could you please try to clear the cache? It might be helpful to check the Network tab in your browser developer tools to see if there is an error.
