This is not a technical “how to” Academy on configuring a Tracker instance. Rather this is targeted toward project and program managers, tech leads and architects, HMIS managers, DHIS2 development partners, and others with broad responsibility for overseeing or sustaining a Tracker project.
Some topics that will be covered include internal readiness assessments, navigating legislation and policy concerns, strategies for capacity building and scaling, considerations for setting up your national core team, and building a long-term implementation plan. The goal for the academy is for each participant to leave with a framework for how to assess and plan their Tracker project.
