Hi Lars and Team,

Great enhancement on management of favorites in pivot tables hope it will be extended to the other analytics apps.

Was good to see this when you shared with the PEPFAR team. I have a few comments if you allow me and if they are necessary anyway.

  1. New - currently “new” clears the current saved or unsaved table and presents a blank pivot table which is standard for many application/softwares, but may be drop the “clear pivot table” under “table” if in pivot tables. Seems they are supposed to do the same thing but clear pivot table refreshes the entire browser

  2. Save - most application/softwares use save when saving for the first and saving changes while still maintaining the same file/fovarite name. Right now when you are saving for the first you have to use “Save as”. Save as should be used when you have a saved favorite and you want to save it using a different name

  3. Will the old short be gotten rid off? I dont this they will be necessary when you have this submenu.

  1. Will this new favorite feature be extend to other analytics? - pivot tables, GIS, events tables …

  2. Will you remove the old short cuts (renaming, sharing, deleting)

Yes, this is no longer necessary, so will remove it.

Personally I don’t think it makes more sense, but I acknowledge that most software do it that way. So l’ll change it.
