Need to implement Daily Attendance Tracker

Hello Team:

We are currently in the process of creating a tracker to capture daily attendance. We have successfully developed the tracker and have been able to input data values into it. However, we are encountering an issue when attempting to generate reports for the Tracker Program/Entity, as the data values are not visible.

Thank you for sharing your concern.

Please kindly clarify the following;

  1. What are your selections under the data, period and organisation unit dimensions in data visualizer?
  2. Would you like to extract the data as a line list or are you trying to extract data from pre-generated / customized indicators?

Thank you for your response, we just need the data in Rows and column as referred in the first Snapshot.

Ok, looks like you are trying to generate a line list.

In that case, you could try to make use of event reports, these would be able to generate a comprehensive line list of the students and their attendance status.

Alternatively, if you are running dhis2.38 and above, you could use the line listing app to generate a line list as well.

Have you found a solution on this? If not, suppose you have the right data dimensions and the type of the chart to present the analytics, sometimes reports can not be generated if the program is not exported for analytics. You can do this in the Data Administration App available in DHIS2. Click start export button under Analytics Tables.
