When I start my tomcat I get this message and the DHIS does not start
what is the solution.

Looks like a problem with your hibernate and/or postgres setup. I see
"org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: role "dhis" does not exist"
somewhere in there. Which indicates the dhis user doesn't exist on
the postgres database you are connecting to.
