I would like to know how I can guarantee that a program stage only starts after completing the predecessor and finally ensure that the date of the event of current program stage is not less than the previous one.

In the documenation when creating a program stage, it says “in the Scheduled days from start field, enter the minimum number of days to wait for starting the program stage.” Would this help?
