My dhis2 tracker data not reflecting in the data visualizer app and in event visualizer

I am using dhis2 version 2.37.6. I have created a tracker program and entered data through facility users. As an admin I can see the data through selecting OU’s, but the problem is when I try to create reports or charts using data visualizer or even in the event visualizer it shows nothing.

I have done everything cleared cache , run analytics but nothing worked.
