Multiple Orgunit Data entry

Dear All,

I am customizing DHIS2 for a hospital Information management system.

I want to design a form for data entry for multiple organization units once.

  • because form contain only few data elements
  • which will fast data entry ( going to orgunit tree to select orgunit will take extra time compare to excel sheet already used)
    screen shot of the excel form currently used in hospital, is as follow.

Is it possible to perform the above requirement in DHIS2 aggregate data entry module?

Hi Sumudu,

You can still achieve this with a section data set design.

All you need to do is to go to general setting and tick the Enable multi-organisation unit forms.

Then once in data entry, you select the parent level and enter data in rows and columns as attached

IS it could be working with having custom HTML form ? did use section form or HTML form
