Multiple attribute combinaison category for one data set

Hello ,
i have a dataset which need a complex combinaison category.
i have two categories: “Status” and “Grades” but the category “Grade” depends on “Status” for example:
Statue 1 : has Gr1 Gr2 Gr3
Statue 2 : has Gr4 Gr5 Gr6 and so on
To ensure this i need to do each statue with combinaison category thats mean will have multiple data sets
but my need is one data set with multiple combinaison is there any way to do this ??
(i want list of all status (10) and when i select specific statue it only shows grades related to it)
