We have now redirected http://hisp.info to http://hisp.uio.no, in
other words decommissioned the old Confluence wiki. For a short
period, it will still be available here:
http://208.76.222.114/confluence
Of course, the main website for DHIS 2 is http://dhis2.org
I do think it would be useful to include a wiki as part of that Drupal
site, a la the following suggesions:
https://drupal.org/node/356583
However, this is probably not among our highest priorities at the
moment - the archive of this mailing list may serve a similar role...
