Dear DHIS2 team,
I am trying to find a way to best monitor free text entries DE on an individual level (as it can’t be aggregated), either by a report or a dashboard…
First, how can I filter out empty data entries from the event report/line list tool (for text DE, the filtering only proposes “contains” or “is equal”) ?
Second, any ideas on how to do that best for users that don’t have access to any individual data apart from that DE?

There might be an easier way to do this but have you thought about using a program rule which updates the value of another DE to true or false based on whether the DE has a value or not? And then you would be using two DEs to get your results.
