Hi Papa,
could you please open GIS in the Google Chrome browser, press F12 to open the console, click the “Console” tab, then try to create the same map and see if there are any red error messages?

Here is the error that I have on the console
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND)
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘formatDate’ of undefined
