Mobile for smartphones.

Hi everyone,

I’m working with the mobile solution with the server of Colombia.
When I enter with the basic mobile version it works fine. But with the smartphone mobile version, I can see the messages “Aggregate Reporting”, “Messages” and “User Account”, without any template and the aggregate reporting doesn’t work properly.

I think I should set something, but I don’t know exactly what I should do.

Could you please provide us with some more info, like your server setup, what phone / OS you are using. A link to an online instance would be great.

I have to speak with the engineers of Cauca and we will try to make a new user, in order to check the mobile solution.

Do you have some kind of reverse proxy in front of it, or are you accessing tomcat directly?
