Mixed columns in reporting rate summaries

After migrating from 2.40.4 to 2.40.7 , reporting rate summary columns seem to have been messed up. What could be the cause and how can this be corrected ?

Hi Sharaf,
See the old and new ordering of the columns .Corrected row bears the old arrangement vs current arrangement in second row.
