Hi kindly assist how can i still update data on a form which was mistakenly completed by a user. on the timeline entry in dhis2 it is indicating completed . hence we are unable to access to input or update data

Anyone with admin authorities or authorities similar to the user should be able to “mark incomplete.” Please have a look at the recording below:
