My DHIS2 instance 2.29 is missing some tracker authorities.
Users are not able to submit data using both web and mobile application though they can enter data. Which specific authority allows data submission to server.
Tested on the demo server and am missing some authorities that exist on the demo.

Your program might be locked or it has expired. Kindly check on the program settings then get back to us with your findings.

The superuser account is able to submit the data using either platforms (web and android).
The data entrant with limited access isnt able to unless I assign “ALL” authorities, which isnt right.
Are you able to share your program’s settings we have a look?

Kindly check the permissions on your data elements, option sets and attributes used in this program if they are properly configured and revert. We have checked the program and most of your configurations look good.

They are properly configured since data entry takes place successfully, the problem is with the submission to server. (Save and continue and also synchronizing using the mobile)
