Missing DHIS Icon after installing

Hi everyone, we have just done a DHIS2 installation. May I ask what might be the cause of the DHIS1 icon not showing on the login screen as shown on the attached screenshot.

What version of DHIS2 did you install?

Could you please open Guest mode in your browser - Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help, open the Network tab from your DevTools (F12 → Network) and then check if there are any errors:

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()”
