If you cannot see the data in the data entry forms, you may have a problem, otherwise, maybe you can try running the analytics?

If you want to see the data entered by your team to the analysis you have to firstly excuter Analytics (App menu> Report> Ananlytics) if you want to see the raw data you are obliged to know the OU, and the dataSet the period during which the data was entered.
You can even send the screenshot if possible.

I am finding a challenge with importing option sets. Even the example in the manual does not import. It imports one record and overrides the same record;
The manual example is
name,uid,code,option
“Color”,“Blue”
“Color”,“Green”
“Gender”,“Female”
“Gender”,“Male”
