The user will capture the TEI’s on tablet and synch their data without fail. When someone search for that client on the web browser all their TEIs/ attributes is blank. Check the snap below.

May I ask if you could login to the web using the same account as the user that entered the TEIs and check if you can find the data? (It would be great if you use Guest mode in your browser while testing to avoid cache issues).
If you can find the data then it means there’s a sharing issue, but if the same user account can’t find the data then there’s a sync issue, so the test above will help determine what the issue is.

log in using the user account using guest mode. I still don’t have data there. There seams to be an issue with v3.0.0.2 they rolled back to v2.9.1.1
