Méthode de calcul DHIS2

Je me suis connecté et play.dhis2.org (dhis2.30) et extrait les données ci-dessous puis faire le calcul manuel dans Excel pour comparer les deux résultats ci-dessous, mais c’est pas la même chose. Merci d’avance pour votre retour.

(Apologies for replying in English - my French is pretty rusty…). The reason for the small discrepances you have noticed is:

The DHIS2 is not using a monthly “annualisation” factor of 12 - it uses the number of days in each month and in the year

So for instance for sep-17, the 115.2% you see are the result of something like this:

3985*(365/30)/221781 = 0.218613

  • 17013*(365/30)/221781 = 0.933314847

= 1.151928 => 115.2%

If you change your Excel calc formula to using the days per month/year approach, it would be 20998*(365/30)/221781 = 1.1492 => 115.2%

So for Jan/Mar/May/Jul/Aug/Oct/Dec you would use 31 days, for Feb 28 days, and 30 days for the other months.
