Metadata Sync Error: `2024SatW24` is not open for this data set at this time: `{dataSetID}`

Hello,

We have two DHIS instance version 2.37.9, while syncing we are getting this error:

ERROR 2024-07-04T09:32:33,390 Sync against endpoint DATA_VALUE_SETS failed. Any idea on this?

Hi

Did you check the configuration of both datasets on both instances? It looks like there’s a configuration that is different on both ends particularly one that is related to input periods.

One question I’m curious to know is if there are different time zones or time is configured differently on each instance (are they on the same server or different servers?)

I will let you know if I find a more definite answer but at this point we’re still investigating the issue together.
