Messaging app missing

Hi all,

We found that the messaging app is missing in our instances as an app icon while the messages access in the dashboard is there. Was this an intentional removal of the app icon access to messages. . The messaging app is enabled for the userroles tested.

This was also tested on SL demo the app is not in the list of apps. Is this a bug to be reported or intentional?
