Hello,
Our colleagues Christine and Henrik have made a plugin for entering data as a matrix or likert scale, and we wanted to share it with the community.
To Configure:
Install the plugin
Manually: https://github.com/dev-otta/matrix-select-plugin/releases
App Hub: (Coming soon! Awaiting approval)

Once you install the plugin you need to use the “Tracker Plugin Configurator” app to configure the plugin.

Important! the data elements must use the same option set!

You will then need to use the datastore to hide the data elements and ensure all data entry happens through the plugin.

And as always do not install in a production instance without testing first!
