Markdown and Legend support--requires v43 && Android 3.4, or just Android 3.4?

Haven’t tested yet, but looking to see if Android 3.4 is sufficient or only necessary to having the markdown formatting mentioned above. Thank you!

Android 3.4 is sufficient to get Markdown formatting in the Android app. It is not required to have DHIS2 43.

Any feedback on that feature is welcomed.
