UiO often receive enquires about which and how many countries are using DHIS2 for disease surveillance (aggregate and case-based) from donors, partners and countries that are looking to do the same. We are therefore making an effort to map all this information, and would very much appreciate the help from our DHIS2 community.
The Google Docs to fill in the information can be found here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GinTUE4HX81UjCrnxGRUXgAZpqSimJ-iu5bqS6s2b6M/edit>\. Please also let us know if you have any suggestions for other data we should collect in addition to the already existing columns. Feel free to add information to the countries already in the table or add any new countries you know of or are involved in. We are using Google Docs since Google Sheets do not allow people suggesting changes (only edit or comment).

Dear Eileen and everyone else who have filled out the Google sheet,
Thanks so much for your contribution! It is really helpful and enlightening to see where DHIS2 is being utilized for disease surveillance.
For the moment, we see this as a "living document" that everyone can edit, comment and ask for clarifications on. We might look into contacting individuals in the sheet to ask them to share their experiences, use cases, challenges and successes directly here in the CBS community of practice.

I wanted to give an update on this spreadsheet - I have added the column “DHIS2 version” for both aggregate and case-based surveillance/Tracker - and would really appreciate if people could add what DHIS2 version countries are using.
