I have a little problem with the dhis2 Android capture app. I have downloaded the new capture app from the PlayStore and it fails to log in to the dhis2 instance server prompting an error message saying “login error ‘there are invalid characters in the query. Please ask the administrator to verify the server configuration (relaxedQueryChars…)’” the android version of the app is 2.8.2 updated on 31 Aug 2023 and the server instance version is Patch 2.39.0 Release.
Please, make sure you or the person responsible of the server administration have followed the steps here: System Administration Guide - DHIS2 Documentation . There is a specific part where the relaxed chars are mentioned.
