log in into an instance fail and no error message

Hi there,

we are having issues on our instances where users can login to instances,

when you restart the server , everything works for few hours and then no user cant enter again and the instance does not give any error message.

here is the log form one instance:

Hi JP,

Kindly check the number of connections to the DB server.You must be running out of connections since all instances share the same DB server. Bob can assist.
