For those who have asked about the WHO data dictionary/line list Excel template, we have uploaded the DHIS2 metadata mapping and will include in a soon-to-be-released v.0.2 package release DHIS2 COVID19 CBS tracker metadata mapping to WHO COVID data dictionary
Please note that this applies to the COVID-19 Case-based Surveillance Tracker program; the event program will have a simplified list of data elements. We hope this helps in meeting standard reporting requirements!
