I have tracker case, when I open it’s stage on the mobile Android application, I didn’t see the list names of months to choose Jan 2024. When I open google chrome by laptop it’s work well and all names of months appear.
App version: 3.0.1

I have verified that there is misalignment in the behavior of web Tracker Capture and Android Capture app. In web, the periods shown in the dropdown are determined by the incident date and the value of “Scheduled days from start”, which doesn’t seem to be respected in Android. Please follow up on this issue. I am very suffering from this issue. I am missing the report for 2024. as a lot of users use mobile apps.
Yes, the next patch release of the Android app (3.1.1) will have the same compatibility as the current version (3.1.0): compatibility guaranteed for the last three versions (v39, v40, v41) and it is known to work until version 2.30.
