Line List not showing any data

Hello, I’m trying to visualize some data on the event visualizer but when I select the tables style to be a line list, it shows no data.

But when I change it to pivot table, I’m able to see some data

The analytics ran successfully, I have clear cache and reloaded the apps but its not working. I have tried using the new line listing but It still doesn’t work. Kindly help.

Hi @Kenyuri

Thanks @Kenyuri ! The screenshot are from the deprecated Event Reports app and not the Event Visualizer app. There was a similar issue reported by community members where data didn’t appear in the deprecated app; however, it was resolved when they tried using the Line Listing app instead.

Would you please try to use the Line Listing app and see if the data appears?

Hi @Kenyuri,

Have a closer look at the Value Type of your Data elements. Use Positive or Zero Integer if that correctly describes the kind of input you expect. Inappropriate value types could lead to unexpected behavior.
