Legacy data not displayed after implementing program rules

Hi Community and team

We’re currently using a tracker version 2.35.6 and have more than 100k records since 2019.

Last month we created some PRs and when pulling a report, it only displays results from last month (After the PRs were created). Any data captured before the PRs were created is not being triggered.

After researching, we found out that we need to open all the forms (this will not work doing it manually).

If i need a script, who do i contact so we start working on it? Surprisingly other platforms already have that function built in.

Kindly suggest possible solutions.

Hi there @Namibia - we do not support running rules on older records unfortunately. Writing a script to update older records is the way to go at the moment.

If you describe the use case in a jira issue, we can put it in the feature backlog for program rules.
