The next event in our @Developer_Meetups series will take place at 2025-07-10T09:00:00Z
Flutter is a technology many people use to build mobile apps. However, the DHIS2 Android SDK is (currently) only supported for Android Native apps written in Java or Kotlin, so developers building a flutter app need to reinvent a lot of the SDK functionality in order to support local offline database, running program rules, and more in their flutter apps. The developer team at the University of Dar es Salaam has managed to bridge this gap by integrating the Android SDK inside their flutter apps - allowing them to use all the native SDK functionality within their Android apps written in Flutter! Join @Yuseif and @dhis2-android at this month’s developer meetup to learn more about how they managed to accomplish this.
We are trialing a new registration process integrated into the DHIS2 Community of Practice this month - please join the Developer_Meetups group and we will send you the direct zoom link before next week’s event!
