Sounds like a broken connection, or damaged zip file? did you try and unzip it locally, is it working?

Agree…but unzip seemed to work fine on the command line - I actually always unzip the .war file before starting.
So this happened after the initial unzip, when I tried starting: java -jar dhis2-live.jar
