This is not a product plug, but only for the groups information in
case you have not been made away. IXF3, which is based on SDMX has
already been implement in CRIS3 developed by UNAIDS, available from
download at
http://www.cris3.org (Microsoft XP or 2003 only)

Thanks, Jason. Also, UNAIDS has launched an indicator registry, which allows you to export definitions in IXF3 format:

WHO is about to launch a similar registry with a wider range of indicators and metadata.

I attach an example IXF3 export from the UNAIDS registry, which usually comes with the extension ixf3z. I have renamed the extension to .zip so that your regular zip program should be able to handle it. It contains three XML files.
