I am Gertrude Muchibi working with inSupply Health in Kenya. We are currently working on a project called cStock which consists of using DHIS2 apps to collect logistics data from community health workers then using the data to guide their resupply. We aim to scale this to hard to reach areas where the population consists of nomadic communities with low literacy levels.
We are exploring use of IVR (Interactive voice response) on collecting data, has anyone had experience in using this technology, whether DHIS2 supports this and what the experience has been.
