Issues with data entry and OUs not appearing

May you help me, i am facing two issues:

  1. I don’t know why I couldn’t organization level under a parent organization. I collect data from level 5, villages.
  2. I have set up the dataset for collecting aggregate data with different section on Tuesday this week. I don’t know why those section showed grey which I couldn’t do data entry on the same day. But yesterday, those section allow to entry data. I added other section today, now the new created section in grey again. I don’t know to to fix this issue. there is no Add/Update data value under “Available system authorities“

Thanks everyone, I can it by myself, the errors result from I haven’t shared permission for each category options. I am trying to understand the functions, flow, and syntax of DHIS2
