Issues loading Capture App and Tracker capture App

Hello community,
I need your help about 2 issues from DHIS2 V2.39.4.1 :

  • The Tracker Capture App : Stages are not displaying (not loading)
    With F12, I can see a problem with :
    In Network tab : ajax-loader-bar.gif
    In Console : 6 Errors Angular js :11655
    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘match’)
  • The Capture App : message : “The application could not be loaded. Please see log for details.”

Welcome to the community!

Since you are using version, I wonder if you could update to the current latest 2.39.5? If this was a bug and it has been fixed, it will most probably solve the issue.

As you can see, in the same version on, I am able to access both apps without any issues. It might also help, just in case this is a browser cache issue, to try the following:

  1. uninstall and reinstall the Capture app from the App Management App
  2. Go to Data Administration app and clear the application cache as well as reload apps
  3. Check again using the Guest mode in your browser ( Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help)
    If it works in browser Guest mode then it’s a cache issue, but if it doesn’t then please update the instance.
