Hi there! I’m having an issue with the pivot table. It’s not populating data by District for a specific data element. However, when I further disaggregate by facility in the pivot table, the data does populate correctly.

Sorry to hear you are facing an issue aggregating a data element at the District level in a pivot table. Probably some configuration changes will solve this issue. First, let’s gather some info about the situation please:
- Could you get the metadata description of this data element by clicking on the data dimension and then selecting the info as illustrated in the screenshot below:
- To make sure this is not a user access issue, does this happen to an ALL user that is assigned all the OUs in the Organisation unit access (Users app)
- If this is an aggregate DE then please check that the user has the permission to view the dataset
- If this is a tracker DE, please check that the user has access to the program stage
The idea is to get as much information about the configuration and what’s causing this issue. If this is happening to an ALL authority user with all access as mentioned above then we need to see if there’s any issue by checking the Network tab and the Console (DevTools F12 → Network).

Thank you very much for your help! The issue with the pivot table is now resolved, but we’re encountering a different problem with the dashboard.
The analysis from the dashboard was done using the Data Visualizer application.
The dashboard is not populating single values, tables, and visualizations.
